NovuMare offers tailor-made silt curtains that effectively prevent the spread of fines and particles during dredging, filling, piling and construction work in water. The curtains, which have a mesh size of 90 µm, act as a physical barrier in the sea and help to preserve water quality and ecological balance - adapted to each project and environmental requirements. Our standard solutions are delivered with Ø15 cm float and 2 kg/m ballast at the bottom, but can also be delivered with Ø20 cm and heavier ballast for demanding and exposed locations. We also offer custom-made solutions, and provide you with professional support all the way from planning to installation.
